2. Timelines, Cut-Off & Transit Schedules
- Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (UK Time / GMT/BST). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will commence order handling on the subsequent business morning.
- Depot Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Goods are quality-checked, boxed in heavy-duty packaging, and handed over to our delivery carriers.

- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 8 business days from your order confirmation date.
3. Weekend & UK Bank Holiday Clause

4. Parcel Tracking
The moment your consignment leaves our packing depot, an automated dispatch notification email with your active parcel tracking link will be sent to your email address.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to equip your motorcycle with total confidence. If a waterproof cover, bike shelter, or canopy does not match your vehicle's frame or parking area, our 30-day UK return procedure is simple, transparent, and completely free of charge.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier to initiate a return.
2. Eligible Return Condition & Statutory Consumer Rights
- General Return Condition: To qualify for a voluntary return within our 30-day window, items must be in clean, undamaged condition, repacked in their original packaging complete with all straps, buckles, carry bags, frame poles, and instruction sheets.
- Cleanliness & Inspection: Covers must not show signs of chain grease, road grime, exhaust scorches, or permanent outdoor weathering beyond clean dry test-fitting to confirm sizing.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory cancellation and refund rights under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection law (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015). UK customers maintain the statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receipt in accordance with governing UK legislation.
3. How to Use Your Prepaid Return Label (Step-by-Step Mail Return)
To eliminate hassle, a pre-printed, prepaid return shipping label is already enclosed inside your delivery parcel. There are zero return shipping charges and zero restocking fees.
- Repack the Item: Fold the clean, unused cover or shelter components back into its original retail storage carton or carry bag with all hardware intact.
- Affix the Included Return Label: Seal the outer box securely with packaging tape. Affix the prepaid return shipping label clearly onto the outer face of the package, ensuring any previous transit barcodes are completely concealed.
- Drop Off at Carrier Station: Take your package to the nearest post office branch or designated courier collection point stated on the label. Always request and retain a proof of postage receipt.
- Return Shipping Cost: £0.00 (Completely Free).
- Restocking Surcharge: Zero / No Cost (£0.00).
- Return Route: By mail only.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Received
We pack outdoor accessories with durable protective cartons, but transit incidents can occasionally occur. If a cover arrives torn, a shelter pole is bent, or an incorrect size was supplied:
- Reporting Period: Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and inform our support team within 48 hours of receipt (or within 7 days at the latest).
- Details Required: Email support@sparesdirectltd.co.uk with your Order Number, a brief summary of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect, tear, or the incorrect packaging label.
- Our Immediate Resolution: We will review your claim immediately and provide a free replacement part, a full replacement order, or a 100% full refund at no additional cost to you. You will never be asked to pay return carriage for damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.
5. Depot Inspection & Refund Settlement
- Depot Inspection: Returned items are inspected at our warehouse within 3 business days of delivery.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original purchasing card (Visa or Mastercard).
- Settlement Currency: Processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £). Please allow standard card clearing periods (typically 3–5 working days depending on your bank) for the transaction to reflect in your account.
