      1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

      These Terms and all purchase agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

      2. Product Range, Sizing & Pricing

      • All goods sold on this site are brand-new motorcycle covers, shelters, and vehicle protective equipment intended for private domestic and outdoor storage use.
      • All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP / £) and include statutory UK sales taxes.
      • We make every effort to display true product dimensions and vehicle fitment guidelines accurately. Customers are advised to measure vehicle lengths including top boxes and windscreens prior to purchase.

      3. Formation of Contract

      An order placed by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed only when our dispatch facility completes processing and transfers your parcel to the carrier service.

      4. Permitted Payment Methods
