How much do you charge for delivery across the UK?

Standard delivery is 100% free on every motorcycle cover, trike canopy, and bike shelter sent anywhere in the United Kingdom. There are no minimum order thresholds or unexpected checkout fees.

How long will it take for my motorcycle cover to arrive?

Orders received before 2:00 PM (UK Time) require 1–3 business days for warehouse packing, followed by 3–5 business days of courier transit. Total expected delivery time is 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday).

What if a cover doesn't fit my bike or top box?

We offer a straightforward 30-day return window. Every parcel includes a prepaid return shipping label inside the box. As long as the item is clean, brand-new, and in its original retail carton with all straps, you can return it by mail completely free of charge.

Are there any restocking or return carriage deductions?

None at all. We do not deduct restocking fees, and return postage is 100% free when using the enclosed prepaid return label.

When will my refund be completed?

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund is processed within 3 working business days back to your original Visa or Mastercard account.

What payment methods are accepted at checkout?

To ensure high payment security and protect your details, we exclusively accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. We do not accept other payment methods.
